The objective: to evaluate of postoperative complications, duration surgical intervention and hospital stay patients after hysteroscopic surgery using monopolar or bipolar electrodes.Materials methods. There no statistically significant differences between regarding patient’s characteristics, ultrasound findings, serum sodium levels before surgery, uterine intraoperative bleeding. Fluid overload significantly higher (p<0.03). Postoperative hyponatremia pronounced (p<0.05). average shorter compared (p=0.01), for energy which used (p=0.04). Conclusions. Hysteroresectoscopy with use electrodes is accompanied by decrease cases hyponatremia, reduction surgery. Therefore, this method safe effective electrodes.
